Trigger :
Trigger: 15 mins
Divide group into 6 groups of 4
Give each group one of Hillel’s questions:
If I am not for myself who is for me?
When I am for myself, what am I?
If not now, when? Hillel
• Each group must ask the Q to themselves , discuss what the question means and come up with an answer.
• They should write down the Q and A and present it back to the group in a discussion
• Sikkum discussion :We should in fact be in constant search of a balance between Tikkun Atzmi (self repair) and Tikkun Kehila /olam/am ( service to others). Each time we face a big decision we should be asking ourselves these Q’s.
Main part of the programme :

3/ what can we do to help?
Come back together as a group and present what each group has discussed.
