Important note regarding the copying of programmes

Aims / Objectives :

Trigger :
15 mins – Explaining what the song of the sea is, why it was being sung by Moses, reading the song of the sea and trying to imagine being there with celebrating the crossing of the sea.

Main part of the programme :
40 mins – Making decorations for the festival of the sea part two.
Three sections of the room will be divided to be decorated in separate age groups.
Egypt - Agamim
Sea – Mapalim
Desert - M.A

Conclusion :
30 mins – Tribal activities – creating a song/ play/ dance/ poem or art celebrating the song of the sea in order to show at the end of the t’fillah later.

Resources:
Lots and lots of different colour paper (sugar paper and A4) (mostly blue and orange but also other colours)
Colour markers/ pens
